It’s her bday and her dad likes HOT food, so I figured I’d add some
Kenyan Kachumbari (dry tomato-chili side dish) and a chili-ginger
tamarind sauce to the mint- and coriander yoghurt chutneys that will
top the 20 samosas. Alas, they only have North Indian/Pakistani
samosas in Frankfurt (with potatoes and not as small and crisp as in
SI, S-L or East Africa).
